Decent affordable apartment - not new and across from Kraft but good average apt, pool in summer. Generally quiet enough and safe enough. Lots of turnover in office/maintenance staff so sometimes helpful/ sometimes not.
Great place to live! I could not ask for a better apartment-life environment! They are on top of everything; maintenance, lawn care, and always helping the residents. Morgan is amazing at keeping it all running smoothly!
My husband and I have been living in Rosewood Apartment for over 5 years. It’s affordable despite the yearly raise when compared to what’s obtained in the community. The management is people friendly and attends to maintenance without delay. The environment is peaceful. The lawns are well kept . It’s pets friendly. The laundry is operated via Apps which eliminates sourcing for coins. We enjoy our stay here . Overall, it’s suitable for both students and families.
Average, affordable apartments. Convenient location. Newly renovated laundry room - uses phone app to pay. Pool in summer. Mainetenance and office staff used to be good - but high turnover last couple years. Currently unstaffed for last month or two, have had to rely on staff from another Wooten property. Generally safe and quiet enough though some residents had some car parts stolen recently. - J Fenderson
I’m really happy about choosing to move here about a year ago. Alex and Josh are amazing and if you have a problem, they get it resolved quickly.
I’ve lived at Rosewood Village for almost a year now and I love it. Alex is super nice and helpful and she keeps dog treats in the office which my little dude loves. The grounds are always kept really nice. It took a little while to fix my leaking ceiling but eventually they got to it and I haven’t had any problems since.
I have been living at RoseWood Village For a Year Now. This is a great apartment complex to live in. They are accommodating and it is a quiet area to live in. It is convenient there is a Walmart and dollar general that is not too far away.
Decent apartments for an affordable price in a convenient location. Maintenance is great. I resigned my lease after my terrible neighbors were evicted, although I believe evictions are rare. I would like to see security cameras for the parking lot and laundry. Otherwise, no major complaints. - Jen F
