I bought a 2017 jetta in November, and it was a very pleasant experience. It didn't take forever, and it went very smoothly. We just bought another car yesterday, and had a even better experience . They did their best to make sure we got the best deal.
They took care of what I needed done. In the time they said they would. Shuttled me to the mall and picked me up right after I called. Very efficient and great guys!!! Thanks VW!!!

Was there yesterday only to drop off our VW Beetle convertible TDi which we opted for VW to buyback due to the diesel emissions scandal. Although Roseville is the closest dealership to our home in Nevada County and the obvious choice for sales and service, we have been unsuccessful in our previous attempts (2013 & 2016) to purchase and/or order a new VW Beetle convertible from them. Salespeople never show interest or follow up. Consequently, we've had to travel to Reno (Lithia) in 2013 and Chico (2017) to do business.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Once you sign the docs, they completely ignore you. We bought a vehicle, and they sent us home with an empty scan disc that was supposed to have copies of everything. It took me one month to get the documents in the mail. I heard every excuse from "The contract is in the mail" to "Fed Ex lost them". I had to threaten to file a complaint with California Consumer Affairs and the Attorney Generals office to get them. My first time here, very nice atmosphere. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship.
I've bought several cars from them and had nothing but good experiences. But my favorite person by far is Ron Stevenson in the service department . He's such an amazing guy. Let's me know what's going on from start to finish, helps me get the best price possible ( cause it's not always cheap to service ). He's the reason I keep coming back. Ron is an asset to Roseville Volkswagen.
