If I could give 0 starts to this dealerships, then I would. Bad treatment to their customers. Been servicing my 2012 Jetta. All of sudden been refused service to my vehicle, just because it carries salvage title. Even thou some other VW dealerships still offer all the services. You guys misrepresent VW as a whole, as a company. Your behavior will impact on your sales, reputation and overall growth.
