RecommendedExcellent customer service and communication was the best I have seen out of a dealership.
Service department does okay work at best. Customer service is slow, outdated and the company has no loyalty towards its customers. They charge outrageous service fees just for an oil my family has bought three cars from this dealership in the past and we have come to the conclusion that we will no longer be doing any business with this dealership. we will not be recommending any of our friends or family to this dealership either. VW should extend their warranty to cover all the failures of simple parts that cost hundreds of dollars in replacement cost and labor expenses. Either that, or they should stop using their Clients as a Beta Testing Environment for so called Improvements to the inferior parts that they use to manufacture their cars.
The finance manager completely lied to me time and time again about what they were offering as a product. Do not trust the finance team. Pack of liars.
