Pick another company. Everyone is really nice until services start. Then the ball drops. We had to switch companies in the first 16 days. 3 of those days nobody came or was very late. The most disturbing was the day the CNA’s came to shower my father and left his LifeAlert lying on the bathroom floor next to the toilet. It was there for almost 24 hours, they also left the water running and a mound of dirty towels and clothes on the floor. If you love your family member, don’t go with this company.
I can not say Thank you enough! This was a very hard time for our family as we lost a wonderful man today, Each person we talked to and came to the house was so caring and you could feel the comparison each one had, not just anyone can do this job and Rose Rock has the Best Social workers, nurses, chaplin, aides and office staff, Each one came and took care of my father in love was amazing, answered any questions, took time to make sure we all were ok and always listened to whatever we had to say, rather it was stories or ju... read more

We used RoseRock during the last few weeks of my father-in-law’s life. Our only regret was that we didn’t reach out to them sooner. With them the difficult rounds of home, hospital, skilled nursing, and back to the hospital ended and he was given quality care in one place with his family and the team of RoseRock surrounding him.
