Horrible customer service and don't honor their deals
Screwed me again for another week on a part. Horrible. 2 times in a row. Horrible. I'm driving a hour away if I have to. See you tomorrow for my refund
Awesome place to deal with! Drove an hour and past several local dealers to purchase a Polaris RZR here! When a couple other dealers couldn't get what I wanted, you guys came through! I will definitely call you again on my next purchase!
This place is a shit hole . Brought 2 honda ruckus and 1 honda 420 rancher problems from 2 of the 3 vehicles bought new still are not resolved. They do not care about you once the sale is made. Take your money somewhere else who values customers
So much appreciation for Frank for making room in your busy schedule to have my FIRE looked at Saturday morning...to.assist a female rider from out of state when her 2006 red Yamaha Vstar 1100 decided to "throw a tantrum". Thank you to Ben for his time and the staff for being so kind. We made it home safely back to Columbus Ohio (Yes...we're Buckeyes LOL!). Bought a Waverunner from another dealership with horrible service. All the other dealerships within a 50-mile radius told me I could drop my ski off for two weeks and they would get to it for Service. These guys were able to program my key fob in 10 minutes and only charged me 30 bucks. The parts department also had everything I needed.
This place is Trash! Don't go here. They have trashy salesman looking to scam you.
