Absolutely the WORST company to deal with. We went in looking for an ATV. We called and was told it was in stock. When we arrived, they did not have any. Cameron, the salesman, said he would get one by Sat. Ok, we said, He needed a deposit. I SPECIFICALLY asked if it was FULLY REFUNDABLE and Cameron assured us it was. Turns out, he could NOT get a machine by Sat so we purchased one somewhere else and a week later I am STILL waiting for the refund. Now I am told its NOT refundable???? The best service i have recieved ever at a bike shop.... would highly recommend these guys for any bike sales service accessories parts needs.....
Had two r6 tires mounted and balanced. Had my daughter with me so my hands were full. They saw I could use a hand and without asking they carried the tires from my car into the shop. Told me it would be about an hr and really only took around 20 min. They once again carried my new tires to my car without me having to ask. Very happy with the customer service I've been there before and will definitely be back!
The place totaly sucked, i would never go back there again Very rude to costumers Refuse to work on any bike over 10 yrs old

I came in and bought a battery and oil filter. Counter person was a big help. Parts were reasonable.
Worst place I've ever been to. Everything is overpriced and the Service department is horrible! I dropped off 2 thing for them to look at and one was a dirt bike in which 2 of the plastics blew off omw home because they didn't didn't put the screws back in. The other bike they gave me back in pieces missing a bunch of parts including the battery and tried to tell me they never even touched it Blahaha! Did nothing to compensate me. This place is a joke.
Worst customer service ever took my quad to get it worked on they told me it was my fuel pump and carbs needed rebuilt they said it was 1100.00 I pulled it out and took it to Genthe power sports in southgate they charged me 550.00 I will not buy a screw from them
