Terrible customer service! Went through the whole store with my family and not once were we greated even though we made eye contact with several employees! We tried on a couple of helmets for about 20 minutes and nobody came to help or even said hello! Definitely not going back!
I was looking for a Roxor and called Jimmy Lewis at Rosenau Powersports. He was great to work with. They matched the price on a unit I had found at another dealer. Between the finance manager J.J. and Chief Financial Credit Union I ended up with a rate that made it affordable. I bought my Roxor! They also worked with me on a windshield purchase. I have purchased items at Rosenau four times from the parts department. Three of the four times, I received the wrong part. Recently, I purchased brake pads from them. When the parts man brought them out to me, I told him I thought that they were the wrong pad. He assured me that they were the right one. WRONG. I had to drive back the next day-17 miles- to get the proper pads.I could say more about the other visits, but I'll save time and just recommend that if you need the correct part the first time Don't Get It There.

When you go in to buy a new model and they're not willing to give you the model you want because it's at the warehouse but this one's a floor model it's only a year old. But they want to charge you the new models price. I think I will go anywhere else.��
