i was only there 15 min. & this was the worst experience i have ever had anywhere. i have nothing to say about the dentist because i never made it that far.the receptionist was so rude. we called because we were lost and she could not even give us directions. when we finally found the place we were probably 9 minuets late. and she said "dont worry its okay""dont feel bad that your late"" iv had 5 people today that got lost and could not find the place!" The staff and Dr. Rosen are excellent with my son!
The nurse and Doctor were wonderful!!! The receptionist was not very pleasant and seemed to be bothered if there were any questions asked.
