Our office takes care of all your families eye care needs. We see patients as young at 6 months and have the latest technology. We see patients for regular or specialty contact lenses, and glasses. Eye health is also very important so we make sure to check the eye from front to back and take additional images or scans as needed. We have two locations, this being our newest one. I brought my 6 yr old son in today for an eye exam. Let me start by saying I loved this placed before we even went in thanks to my several phone conversations with Hailey. Her willingness to help me in every way she could was enough to give a 5 star review. Now on to the actual visit. What a wonderful 1st eye doctor visit for a child! Every staff member was so sweet to him. Dr. Chen was just amazing. I was so lucky to have been given a recommendation to come here. I can't imagine going elsewhere in the future!
The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist was nice and got me processed quickly (as I was a new patient). Dr. Chen was gentle (I’m beyond sensitive) and I was comfortable with her the whole time. When I went back for a check up I received the same welcoming and promptness as I had the first time! I strongly recommend Rosemore Eye Care!
The entire staff is great! From the moment I arrive, until the moment I leave I feel like I am in great care. The receptionist is very knowledgeable about all insurance that I have had, and she makes sure that I know about all the discounts that I am eligible for. Doctor Chen is very thorough, because she listens to all my concerns and gives me different options for contact lenses and solutions. This place is the best eye clinic that I have ever been to!
