Happy Relocation. Leslye has taken great care of us, and I've recommended Rosemont to others. As a recent transplant and homeowner, I worried that we'd be uncomfortable in an apartment - especially living on the bottom floor! However, we've had no problem at all. We've placed two maintenance calls and they were addressed quickly (it's nice to not be responsible for repairs!). It's quiet and conveniently located.

Excellent place I have moved in here Rosemont Unit more than 1month ago already. So far so good. Very calm and pretty clean. Safe to live I think. Especially the manager at office Charles who is always willingfully helping residents living in here. He makes my staying conveninet everytime I ask something over the phone without hesitation or delay. I like this apartment.
Hidden Jewels Rosemont at Berkeley Lake has been a hidden jewel and I love it. It offers all the amenities that one could ever want and the location is perfect! My leasing agent BK is amazing and I would refer him to anyone at any time.
LOVE my new Place I've been a resident for the past 3 years but transferred to a 2 bed/2bath recently and I absolutely love the space. I love decorating so I have more room to do one of my passions. The staff is awesome here, Charles took care of me and made my transfer smooth. The maintenance is awesome, Calvin did an excellent job making sure my apartment was ready on time for my move in, he came back to for a couple of minor adjustments. Great Maintenance I called in an issue with the AC and maintenance came and fixed it right away! It was very efficient and I was shocked at how fast and well it was fixed. Thank you to the Rosemont staff!
