I spent $200 on an arrangement of roses, lilies and football mums; I got a few carnations, daisies and greenery in a much smaller arrangement that wasn't even symmetrical. I was in shock when I saw that this ugly arrangement had my card on it. You should be ashamed of yourselves calling yourselves a florist; you are total ripoffs.

Wire service sent my $75 funeral arrangement order to Rosemary's. I was shocked, appalled, furious, and embarrassed when I saw it. The arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. Colors were wrong! Omitted "Sister-in-law" from the ribbon! Looked closer to a $25-30 arrangement than the $75 one I ordered and paid!

I ordered a premium bouquet through Teleflora, filled and delivered by Rosemary’s Heritage Flowers. What was delivered was far worse than picking up flowers from the gas station. If only I could post the picture to this review. I used to order flowers several times a year from here, but no more.
