It could improve if they give ppl what they order. Instead they give a way cheaper version. Covid must have had the business down for a while they are ripping ppl off to make revenue for their business. So so so so SAD.... 😢 One is what I order the original confirmation. What I got. RecommendedI can count on one hand the number of reviews of done, but I just have to give a big 5 Star Review to Rosmary's. My Grandson and his wife ordered a flower arrangement for me thru Teleflora as they live in Indianapolis earlier this year. Well it was a gorgeous surprise. I have seen, sent and ordered flowers from quite a few florists and have been disappointed more often than not. However, this particular arrangement was so beautiful I wanted it to last forever. They were handed off an order from Valpo with specific instructions to call for delivery. They neglected to do this and so the delivery did not happen. I could not have made the instructions more clear.
Personal customer service.... they take time to talk and LISTEN. They sent flowers to my daughter-in-law and they were everything I wanted and more... they will be MY florist from now on! They also cared enough to make a profile of my information for future orders!

A dear friend is in the hospital and had emergency surgery yesterday. I woke up and ordered flowers for same day delivery and they were there before noon!! Thank you!! He loved them and they were gorgeous! They did exactly what I hoped & put a big smile on his face!! 😁 ❤️
I have had to use their services for funeral arrangements and the compassion they showed was above and beyond I expended as well as the arrangements were simply gorgeous.
