Christina was excellent to work with . I made various calls to WV help services including The National Highway Traffic Safety Admin with no results. I emailed Christina and she immediately responded. I had numerous problems with my 2013 Ford Escape. Ford Company was no help either. She personally answered our phone calls and emailed us. She constantly kept us updated on our situation with Ford Company . We reached a mutual agreement with Ford this year. John and I would highly recommend Christina .
