Simple, but so good
Roselle is one of my favourite dessert shops in the city!! I don’t think their prices are too high, they use premium ingredients & the amount of labour that goes into these pastries is insane. Whenever I’m in Toronto I make an effort to go out of my way to visit the shop. I love their cake cups, the flavours are so well-balanced. Everything about Roselle is just... chef’s kiss 🤌 I finally stopped by to try their Earl Grey cake & I’m officially obsessed. The space itself is so bright and airy - perfect for a little afternoon pick-me-up. You can tell they put so much heart into the presentation; it’s almost too pretty to eat (but obviously, I did!) ☁️ The textures are light, the flavors are delicate, and the whole vibe is just so effortlessly chic. In a world where every dessert shop is "viral" and "10/10", I can honestly say Roselle is my favorite dessert business across the multiple countries I've lived in, including Europe, where quality is usually higher on average. I can't say enough good things about this family business. Roselle put care and attention into every little treat and it shows in the flavor.
