Really good cookies. I need to go back and try the other items
Roselle’s had been on my list ever since I moved to the east end and I wasn’t disappointed! I tried the lemon blueberry tart with meringue and it was exceptional. Normally these types of desserts are very sweet but this one was incredibly balanced between sweet and tart, just how I like it. The pastry work was beauty and in my opinion well worth the price tag.
