I've been going to Rosella for quite a while now, but have noticed a sharp decline in the food over the last month. From getting my order wrong to no longer serving my favorite menu item (the waffles) to poor preparation, I've been really disappointed in my last several visits. The coffee is still fine, so this rating is only as it relates to the food. I ate there just today and what was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich was completely soggy along the bottom slice of bread and it just tasted bad. It also made me very ... read more
I keep wanting to give this place a chance because it's so close to work, but every time I come in- soggy and cold food, slow service, and for a high price... Just waited 35 minutes for a sandwich which sat under a heating lamp for a good 15 minutes after it was finished, becoming nice and soggy. The restaurant was empty, yet somehow the staff could't be arsed to check the counter to see if food was finished. If I was at a whataburger it wouldn't be an issue, but- this isn't a whataburger. Oh well.

Takes forever to get a cup of coffee and the cup it was served in was dirty. It had a film of grease spots on the surface of the coffee. It’s hard to get anyone of those workers attention.
Best coffee I have tried. I prefer this over any chain store.
Had brunch. Baked eggs were excellent, and instead of toast(I am on a Keto diet) they gave me arugula with lemon oil dressing. Delicious. Had one of their in house coffees. The dark roast “Joe’s” I think. Excellent coffee too. Great atmosphere indoors or out.
But come on now..get your ventilation system changed, so we do not have to go home smelling like pannii fumes
