I really enjoy Rosella's coffee and atmosphere. The one thing I have noticed on several of my visits is the overall poor service. Management needs to work on this, it's as if employees are totally disinterested in the customer. One example of this is walking up to the counter for a simple coffee refill, and waiting for at least 10 min while workers are behind the counter and know that you are there but never never ask if you need something or a least let you know they'll be with you as soon as possible. Great spot, great coffee and convenient hours for grabbing a yummy snack during your walk on the river.
I am on a Ketogenic diet and finding a restaurant that caters to my needs is very hard. Rosella did just that. Excellent food
Nice place to have coffee while enjoying the artwork. Enjoyed time visiting with family while enjoying a good cup of coffee and a chicken salad sandwich.
Agree with most of the comments here: Rosella has on point customer service. Coffee shops tend to hire young, hipster type's who generally lack any sense of understanding that they are selling a product and must engage with the customer. Just that morning I went to another local coffee shop, asked for a triple and the barista looked away, "no we only do doubles." How about a double and an extra shot? Nope, can't do it.
