Mildly annoyed, Rosella! If I didn't like Rosella as much as I do, I'd be more than annoyed. Your Internet was not working properly and you didn't notify your customers. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere. I had a ton of work to do and assumed I'd be able to do it at Rosella. So, after purchasing $14+ of food/coffee, I tried, and retried, and tried again to get online! Then, when I asked about the connection issues, I was told yes, it had been that way all day. What!? This was my first time there. It was average not somewhere I would return unless someone else was buying. My rating would be more like a 3.5, but I rounded up.
