I’ve been Mike’s tenant for the last 4 years and couldn’t recommend renting from him enough. He’s communicative, kind, and beyond easy to work with. He’s consistently kept us under market, and in the rare event there’s a maintenance issue, he takes care of it swiftly and promptly. Great guy and great landlord- would highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Mike and Rosedale Property Group highly enough! For the last 3 years Mike has gone above and beyond to make our home comfortable and stress free. He is on top of things and quick to take care of any concerns! He is overall a great and genuine guy and anyone is lucky to have him as their landlord/realtor! 10/10
I have had an excellent experience working with Rosedale property group. My home was recently renovated before I moved in and all the work is very high quality. The team is responsive and works quickly to resolve issues such as maintenance requests. My property is also reasonably priced. I wish all of my landlord experiences were as good as this one!
We rented from Rosedale for 5 lease cycles and only moved out because my room-mate is getting hitched! Mike Post is an exceptional landlord and professional that always helped us keep the property up to standard! Whenever something broke (which was very rare), someone was there the next day to fix it. He even provided lawncare as part of our lease, so we never had to worry about it. My boyfriend and I have been renting from Mike with Rosedale Property Group since 2019 and have nothing but positive things to shout from the rooftops. Mike is beyond communicative, truly cares about our wellbeing and the state of our home, never price gauges or treats us like a paycheck and has a fantastic team alongside him.
