Terrible – My girlfriend and I went into Rosedale Chevrolet on February 20th looking for a new car. We decided to check this dealership out because they had a 2011 Malibu LS for a decent price. While we were there I pulled up their website and noticed they were running a sale on 2012 LS Malibu's. I asked the salesman about it and he wasn't sure because he was new. The promotion you were interested did in fact end on 2/16 even though our website did not reflect that. Our disclaimer on our website clearly states that prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Go above and beyond to maintain trust – I had encountered some trouble regarding a warranty issue on my vehicle and it was getting to the point of real frustration. I had given a bad review about Rosedale Chevrolet and the very next day after placing the review, Chris, the Service Manager, called me and wanted to know the whole story and what could be done to help me in getting the problem resolved. Car buying experience – I bought 2 vehicles from them and was very satisfied with the service they provided. Their service advisors are very friendly and helpful and make you feel that you are important to them and they assure you that they will take good care of you. Their sales dept is very knowledgeable about their vehicles and offer help if you don't understand how things work on these very high tech cars. I will buy from them again.

Great experience – Buying my Cruze at Rosedale Chevrolet was a very good experience. Salesman, Aaron, did an excellent job and and even delivered my car to my home. Very friendly people to work with. Definitely would recommend them.

Very Happy with Service – I was told by another Service station that I needed a ball joint replacement. That technician showed me it was loose with a 4 foot pry-bar. Being skeptical, I brought the car in to the one place I figured I could trust. Chad at Rosedale Chev immediately took a look and found that I was being lied to. Best Car Buying Experience i've ever had – My father bought his 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe from this dealership and suggested that i comtemplate buying from them when looking at purchasing my 2011 Silverado. So i emailed one of the salesman (Rock Hauser) and within 24 hours he had found several 2011 silverado's that matched what i was looking for with small differences. Not my best car buying experience – Actually purchasing the car was easy and painless, everyone was nice and friendly. BUT, I should have done my homework on the car I bought. Just because someone is nice and friendly doesn't mean they have your best interest in mind. The car I purchased was a Buick Enclave and within two months of buying it I've had it into the shop 4 times: Faulty electrical, emmission system problems, the transmission, and the navigation/dvd component went out.
