I am personally at this location and working on it with my boss and and a few other employees. Everyone is absolutely right about it, it needed remodeled so that’s exactly what my boss has been doing for months. We do things right and work hard. We just installed a new roof, have done a lot inside and hopefully very soon Rosedale will be able to open again as the sober living house they want this location to be. I am working with a very good construction company that is working hard to transform this building and just so all views can see this place was very ran down and neglected and with all the hard work and determination our team has put into this facility to make it a very good and livable environment for clients and there families.
