Dr Newman is extremely caring and attentive. He was patient with addressing my issues and concerns, and explained everything very clearly. I haven't found a GP since I moved into the area but this will be my regular practice now
Dr. Newman is a very good GP but the Asian receptionist who works on Wednesday is so rude. I hope he can have permanent staff for the desk. The Irish girl who works on Monday and Tuesday is awesome.
The Chinese Asian female receptionist was so rude with her attitude and her willingness to verify our appointment and personal details was ridiculous as well. We could not hear her properly due to her face mask, yet her spoken tone to us was annoyed, as we kindly asked her to repeat again. My dad has visited this family practice a few times, and this is THE ONLY ONE receptionist with this kind of attitude.
