After my appointment and seeing my hair under different lighting, I didn't notice any highlights which I requested. A color was used after highlights that covered highlights completely. My bill was quite high fora New stylist on a Monday. I wanted my hair brightened up, doesn't look much different then when I arrived..I guess i should have e gotten full color and cut. Not so happy.

Update: un accommodating when running late for an appointment. I get the stylist I scheduled for might not be available but to have no one available is ridiculous. I was turned away for business. Well I won't be back. To top it off the first time I was here I had the stylist being interrupted constantly because of under staffing yet I let it go cause he did do a nice job. I was suddenly in a position to need a new hairdresser and switching has never been an easy thing for me...I actually had the same fellow cutting gym hair for 31 years! Roseanne cut my hair yesterday and was absolutely terrific. Her knowledge and experience as a hairdresser came through in the consultation, she totally respected what I wanted but also "shifted" my perspective with finesse :) The outcome was absolutely terrific!
