When I called to make my appointment, I explained what I wanted and described my hair as long and thick. I asked for a price estimate and was quoted in the neighborhood of $180. They booked me for a whole day for a stylist since my cut and color processes would take a long time. When all was said and done, my color didn't look much different from when I went in (my roots were of course better), my trim was uneven (found it after styling on my own), and the price was $280! We are so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately with nearly black regrowth and former gold highlights, going white blonde is impossible in one visit as was mentioned in your consultation. As far as the price quote, that was a miscommunication on our end, I'm sure who ever quoted you didn't realize you'd be here for 5 hours. One of our salon leaders would be glad to discuss some options for you to make it right.
Grace has the patience of a saint and did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted and more. Even went and got my lunch from next door while doing a nearly 6 hour color procedure. 100% satisfied and will certainly be back to keep it up.

I've gone to more or lessthe same place to get my hair done for twenty years. I decided to stop with this growing old gracefully nonsense and get ful color and highlights. I called my place mid August and they couldn't fit me in until September 15th! So I happened to see Roseanne's last weekend while having lunch and decided to give them a call.
