All the staff are both professional and very pleasant. My waiting time was negligible and the procedure was conducted very shortly after I sat down in the exam chair. Dr Palermo and her assistants checked more than once to ensure I wasn't uncomfortable. The use of a laser shortened the time taken for the procedure considerably, in part because no injections were needed before the work could be done. I had two fillings done in under 30 minutes, without injections or pain. Very impressed!
