Everyone is great there. And super friendly. Customer service is extremely important to me along with good quality service. They are all great!
All the staff are both professional and very pleasant. My waiting time was negligible and the procedure was conducted very shortly after I sat down in the exam chair. Dr Palermo and her assistants checked more than once to ensure I wasn't uncomfortable. The use of a laser shortened the time taken for the procedure considerably, in part because no injections were needed before the work could be done. I had two fillings done in under 30 minutes, without injections or pain. Very impressed!
