Very professional and informative giving us a lot of things to think about in the future
I am/was one of those terrified patients in the dentist's chair. When I started going to Dr. Palermo she prescribed medication that got me through one visit at a time. The difference in me now and then is amazing thanks to Dr. Palermo and her great team. She listens, she cares, and she is funny.
Dr. Palermo is the kindest woman you will meet. She is knowledgeable, professional, and a perfectionist. If something is not right, she will go beyond to make it right. Her and her staff are highly recommended.

Doc and her whole crew are the most caring and helpful people you would ever want to meet. Also, if you want painless dentistry, this is the place.
Very courteous and professional. Always checking to make sure I am comfortable and not having any pain. They have the latest technology in equipment and methods. I know I am in the best of hands with them!
Customer service is extremely important to me. Along with the service being conducted (of course). This office is amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel right home. Dr.Palermo basically corrected what another dentist did wrong with one of my teeth and she took her time in doing so to make sure she was doing the right thing (rather than jumping to expensive conclusions). I drive almost an hour here and back & will continue to do so.
Very comfortable & calm visit.
Employees are AWESOME, oh and so is Doc. Most caring dentist you will ever meet. Painless dentistry is the way to go.
