Seriously the worst experience i've had with a physician.. very unprofessional. Would not recommend,
I love this doctor. She was wonderful with my kids, who had chronic ear infections until we saw her. The medical assistant made us feel very comfortable and the office manager was amazing. They were the nicest staff I have ever encountered. This office really seems to work well together. They billed my insurance and when insurance made a mistake, they billed again to get it corrected. Took my daughter to her, waited in waiting room for over an hour to see the doctor. While waiting listed to office staff treat patients on the phone horriable. Once we saw the doctor she didnt care what the symptoms were or that my daughter spent the weekend in the hospital for ear problems and high fevers, told her numerous times what the hospital diagnosis was that didnt seem to matter. this doctor belongs in a kiaser facility. will never go back, called Dr. Zerlin right after I left to schedule my daughter with him. NO personality...This doctor did not identify my problem with my throat. She did not inform me of the condition and/or prognosis. More importantly did not educate me about my condition and preventable measures. Paid a lot of money to watch type on her computer and not directly address andher patient. Spent 10 minutes in her presence. Horrable experience for such an exorbanet fee.
The staff was so rude. Dr blamed everything on getting older...not happy with her at all
Dr. Rabinov herself was great! As for her staff... some of the most DEPLORABLE customer service I've ever dealt with. Absolutely horrible about calling with new information or returning phone calls. I had to side-step and call insurance myself and I don't think that's right. My experience with this Dr's office has been an extremely stressful one due to her staff.
Be careful with any surprising bill you will receive after the visit. Ask specifically what is included in the office visit and what is not.
Dr. Rabinov is very personable but you will pay for it. I was not satisfied with the front desk staff at all, very unfriendly. For only spending a few minutes and all the doctor did was look down my throat it was over $300 of which I had to pay $123, way over priced for this economy!
I saw Dr. Rabinov a few years ago for a perenially blocked up nose. She diagnosed me for a deviated septum and prescribed steroid nasal sprays. She advised me STRONGLY not to have surgery because it was often not successful or the problem re-occurred. The sprays worked for a few years but the problem then just came back worse. I saw another specialist in LA (Dr. Namazie) who used an endoscope inside my nose and after my history recommended surgery. He believed the steroid sprays long term only made my problem worse.
