She’s ridiculous! I have a severely deviated septum. This genius tells me it’s perfectly straight and the reason I can’t breathe is because I have “large turbinates”. They charge me a ridiculous amount of money to put me under general anesthesia to do a procedure that any competent dr should have been able to do under a local. They didn’t bother to do any followup and it did absolutely nothing for my breathing. She should have done a septoplasty since she’s not a plastic surgeon and couldn’t do a rhinoplasty. Clearly she was... read more
She needs to retire. Cold, lousy bedside manner and uncomfortable to be around.
Rude and condescending Doctor. I went to her and she treated me as if my symptoms were imaginary. I ended up going to Dr. Zerlin who is amazing and he removed my tonsils and completed a sinus surgery for me. I must say, I feel amazing since then and am glad I didn't use Dr. Raninov. No compassion or empathy at all, oh and by the way someone should let her know, she's only human!
Dr. Rabinov is an excellent doctor. I am baffled by some of the reviews that I read. She was very kind! Unfortunately, I will need to find a new ENT because she will be retiring.
The receptionist was very rude and wouldn't let me speak. She kept cutting me off and speaking to me like I was stupid. I won't be going to a place where they treat you like this from the beginning.
I was concerned when I read some of the bad reviews. My experience was just the opposite. Staff was helpful and courteous. Dr Rabinov was very nice and also very helpful with my problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.
The staff member who scheduled my appointment was very rude, cut me off while speaking, and was very short with me. I have had an appointment for over three weeks and get a call to cancel the day before because the staff didn't tell me I had to be referred by my primary physician. I could have seen a doctor and obtained a referral prior to the appointment had anyone bothered to notify me of this three weeks ago! Very unprofessional.
Worst experience ever. Dr. Rabinov just made me feel like a complete idiot, she kept smirking at me like I was making up my symptoms and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have had issues with my throat hurting for over a year and sinus issues. She did not thouroughly examine me, and all she said was I can remove your tonsils and do a biopsy on your blocked sinuses if you want me to. I said well do you recommend it and she replied if you want it's up to you, it may not help you at all. I left so confused on if it was somethi... read more
