I usually don’t give reviews, but Rose Garage Doors was awesome! We are building a house and had little knowledge on even where to get a garage door, so I googled garage doors in Knoxville. Outstanding service. My door spring snapped on a Saturday morning and they were quick to answer the phone and had the issue fixed within 24 hours. They are very fast and reasonably priced. If you have any issues with your garage doors, these are the guys to call. Highly recommend and would gladly do business with them again.
On Time, honor their pricing, and quality work! I called on a weekend, and they worked to install my spring and opener at my first availability. I had already purchased an opener at a big box store, and they recommended I take it back and get the Chamberlain. I couldn't be happier with the work, service, and respectful nature with which they conduct business.
