Horrible services that lady was very aggressive doing my nails I’m asking for gel nails and they are portraying acrylic for gel luckily I get my nails done enough to know the difference and then continue to talk about me because I asked her to stop I didn’t like them my daughter stayed because she really wanted her nails done me I went to another salon they don’t have respect for people and think they are needed do not go here it way better nail techs and nail salon near by

Had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for a wax and clearly explained what I wanted, but the staff didn’t really listen. Communication and customer service could definitely be improved. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with the service.

They’re very lovely people but I’ll never forget how wrong they did my Christmas nails in December 2024 🥲 (first pic is what I asked, second and third pics are what I got)
