The guy who I believe is the owner did my nails. The WHOLE time he kept asking if I would do the NexGen nails. I told him at this time I specifically wanted acrylics done. After telling him no multiple times, he told me how bad acrylics were for my nails. Then each person that came in after me, he would say "look at her nails. Those were NexGen. They still look good." This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done, it was so bad I had to go Tommy nails and have him fix them. The owner made a lady cry while I was setting there because they done a design that looked bad and she had to leave with her nails unfinished because he made such a scene,told her she was a stay at home mom and that he had people in there with real jobs and he didn't have time for her to be indecisive. They need to be shut down in my book.

I asked for a specific color and they told me that it would look like a circus on my nails. Not pleased at all will never go back!!$
