Best pedicure I have ever had. I paid an extra $15 for the delux and was very worth it. Ask for Bim, he did an excellent job

I am not usually one to write a bad review but my experience with this nail salon was terrible. The girl who was doing my nails was one her phone the whole time. She checked her phone constantly and would stop doing my nails to text. So clearly she didn't do a great job on my nails. Although they looked nice, I have had them for one week and 2 nails have already came completely off. Acrylics don't even come off in a week! I was very disappointed and won't be going back.

I've been getting my nails done here for two years. Always get Nexgen I will never get any other kind of nails and I'll never go anywhere else in Cookeville. I LOVE Miss Kim and Jack they're a lovely and hilarious couple who love their job. I'm always happy when I leave.

been going there the last 10 times nails wete done. when i first started i loved it. today i walked in and no one bothered to knowledge me. looked up then back down. 3 mun later i get what so you need? so im waitting 20 min because its busy. 2 people that came in aftet me ask how long is wait and they get them straight in! Really. Service has went down hill. I walk out and went to anothet location that wad great! WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I bought my wife a manicure and pedicure for Valentine's Day. She went the next week and it was busy so they told her to come back in thirty minutes. She did and they had taken other patients and told her it would me another thirty minutes. They made her feel horrible. She then made an for the next week. When she went at the time of her appointment, they put her feet in water and then let her sit there for 45 minutes. They then did a terrible job on her nails. She was so upset she was crying. DO NOT GO HERE.

I called and they gave me a price on gel nails. When it was time to pay, they gave me a completely different number. They acted like I was trying to rip them off when I brought up that that was not the price they originally told me. I was clear about what I wanted before I even arrived. I just wish they had been honest about their prices upfront.
