I waited 2 hours and still did not get my nails done. The workers was rude I waited a hour before I was asked to pick a color. Total waste of my time!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend you get your services done by Ashley and/or Y Y. They have given me the best customer service and have exemptlory skills. I have never once been treated poorly or disrespected by either one of them. Not once have my nails turned out uneven, ridged, or didn't last less than 2 weeks. Everytime I walk in here Ashley and Y Y treat me just like family and make me feel very at home.

Everyone was nice, but there were only two workers, one doing nails and one doing pedicures. Two friends and I walked in for pedicures and he sat us down right right away with warm water to soak. After completing both of my friends, he began on mine which at that point I had been soaking for an hour and 15 minutes and my water was cold. It took 1hr and 45 mins for three pedicures. We will definitely not wait that long again.

I wouldn't even give them a Star. They wouldn't work with me to resolve an issue and I'm very disappointed in the service I received. They also over charged me! They claim management is in Vietnam so I couldn't even speak to management. I hope I can help someone else avoid the same issues.

My nail polish never dried. I waited over 40 minutes to dry. They checked them and said I was good to go. By the time I got home the polish was smudged and wrinkled.

I never leave bad reviews but this had to be said. I stumbled upon this place because it was the only nail salon I could find open on a Sunday. The staff basically ignored me and switched the colors I chose for my gel manicure because they were out of stock. I tried to ask to pick another color but the lady didn't understand me and painted them a similar color that she chose. I asked my nails to be filed round, they filed them square. She also painted it so there's a giant gap between color and my cuticles that made this man... read more

Took my daughter in, requested full set of acrylic, I went to the car because of the smell inside, and a headache, went back to check, the lady was doing Nex Gen! The opposite of what I requested!! WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE!! Stay away, extremely disappointed in this place!! Not to mention how rude they are when they speak their language in front of their customers! They quote you one price and then it's 40 or 45.00 when time to leave, of course that's because they give you what they want you to have rather than what you asked... read more

I will never go back to this place. I went in for simple white tip acrylics, the entire time they tried to make me get something more expensive. The guy that did my nails was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him by being there. I left after paying $35 (most expensive I've ever paid). Its been exactly one week and all of my nails are undone around the edges and 2 of them the gel clear coat is peeling off!! I will never go back to this place!!!
