Me and my family have been loyal customers for a while. I was very disappointed when I asked to have my nails that were square to be rounded at the edges, and told by the owner I would need to pay $5 more to file my nails round. The last I checked filing is part of a manicure. When I questioned her she said that it takes time to file the nail. Really? So for a lousy money grab of $5 she lost 3 customers. I have been coming to rose nails since I was a little kid. Everytime I go I usually get powder dip nails and my eyebrows waxed. And for the most part my eyebrows always look amazing even better than European wax lol. Also my powder dip nails last a while like 2-4 weeks.

I drove all the way from New Jersey just to see my nail tech, Betty, who I’ve been loyal to for a long time. I specifically waited for her to come back from vacation, booked the earliest appointment in advance, and made it clear I only wanted her. When I arrived, the owner told me someone else would “start,” but in reality, they handed me off completely to another tech.
