I went for a showing with my girlfriend and wasn’t the best experience the property was nice but there were roaches in the sink and Nats in the apartment as well.
Seemed like a good place to move to. Only issue was the application process; got an acceptance email along with a call saying they would send the welcome letter and I was approved. Got an email a couple days before the move in date saying I was denied and that was the final answer apparently. Just wished they were more clear about their process, also would be very bad for somebody who already gave up their place in order to move. Just be aware.
**PLEASE READ** The owner Teresa is extremely rude. She came at me with very negative energy. I was simply asking to use a small smoker and her response was “not on my patio” very sassy. Fire hazard. Cool I can understand but the way she spoke to me was beyond disrespectful. Shes in desperate need of a humbling. If you enjoy privacy and peace of mind this is not the place for you. Wants to counts ESAs as pets towards pet limit, violating the Fair Housing Act's definition of them as a reasonable accommodation, doesnt care if you have proper documentation from a doctor, will not let you rent.
