Cancelled within the cancellation period and was charged, not once, but twice! Called, was told by Nick that it was not their fault, but Travelocity's fault. He reversed only one fee. Called my bank to confirm, they did in fact charge our card twice, and only reversed one charge. Called Nick back again, told me it would be faster to get our money back if we disputed the charges as fraud with our bank than expecting him to do his job correctly.
