My wife booked a room here for our 10 year anniversary. When we finally got into the room it "felt" dirty. As I do any time I enter a hotel room, the first thing I did was check the bed, and guess what came crawling out from the trim of the mattress......BED BUGS. The guy at the counter who we reported this too gave a mix of indifference and irritation WITH US! I get this place is an older building, but there is absolutely no excuse for infestations in the rooms nor for the half a$$ed customer service. On our way to the car ... read more
