Felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she went into the fancy store. The people who work there just sat behind the counter. No hello, no how can I help. By the way, the "R" on your gold sign is missing. I will tell my friend who recommended you to not do that anymore. Disapointing
We ordered a wedding bouquet but wanted a very specific non- traditional arrangement and Rose and Co. came up with a gorgeous design that we were so impressed with! All we did was send a picture and they were able to nearly exactly replicate it using fresh high quality flowers. We highly recommend!
I was ordering flowers on behalf of another person for an anniversary gift. I was guaranteed over the phone that I was paying for same-day delivery, and when the flowers were not delivered that evening, customer service told me that it was because I had ordered too late in the day. I asked the person on the phone multiple times if they were sure they could have it delivered the same day, and they assured me repeatedly that it would arrive same-day. The attention to detail in the arrangement was outstanding, and every flower looked fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully placed. They worked closely with me to make sure everything was delivered perfectly and right on time. The arrangement completely exceeded my expectations and made her feel incredibly special.
