My son was born at Roper, all my medical procedures were done at Roper and my sister went through 4th Stage Lung Cancer at Roper. We were always treated with the greatest respect and professionalism.

They don’t treat you as if this isn’t an emergency room . It’s just one big waiting room smh
I had a disappointing visit as a family member yesterday. While my father-in-law was being treated, I sat in the 2nd floor family lounge. Everything was great until lunch time for the employees when about half a dozen cane into the “family” lounge to watch TV, talk over their morning, and disturb the patient’s family members who were there. They were loud and disruptive.
