Bon Secours St Francis Hospital is a definite asset to the West Ashley community. I wish they’d improve the parking and build some parking garages connected to the hospital and add something to keep down the germs in the ER waiting room. The ultraviolet germ lights or a system that automatically sprays Lysol at certain intervals throughout the day. Something to cut down on the spread of airborne germs would be wonderful.

I had outpatient surgery this morning and am absolutely amazed at what a great experience I had! This place will always be my 1st choice for surgery. I was offered prayers and loved seeing the cross in my room. God’s peace and healing are felt in this place. Thank you!
I had a MRI scheduled for 7PM. I arrived and was checked in by 6:30PM. I had the obligatory hospital bracelet and everything. I waited...and waited...and waited. Finally after 3.5hrs after my appointment I stopped a random doctor passing by and asked if imagining was still open. He, to his credit, went out of his way to find someone for me. About 15 mins later a nurse came into the waiting room and told me that no one told them I was there and everyone had gone home. If I am sick I was to be at St Francis hospital West Ashley. (2nd floor) The nurses were the best caregivers you could ask for a loved one. So kind, understanding and attentive. You can tell the nurses love their job. Thank you Lauren, Kendall and Cassandra for giving my grandmother and my family the best possible care in such s tough time. God Bless You!!!!
Probably one of the dirtiest hospitals I’ve been in. Makes Trident look like the Waldorf Astoria.
I was told their care is very substandard as well as the level of concern from the on call physicians and especially the PAs. I will never use this facility if I'm in the area and will advise all who need care in this area to never go to this facility.
Any time I've been a patient....the staff goes above the call of duty. Just had my lower lumber operated on and my roper family took wonderful care of me ~ <3 ~ thank you!
