I had the most amazing meal at Roots Columbus Day weekend. I called to find out if they could work around my allergies and their answer was a resounding YES! I cannot have Gluten, Dairy, eggs, canola oil, corn, or soy. I thought I had died and gone to heaven when they brought me a beautiful plate with salmon, heirloom beets and zucchini noodles. The best Lobster Risotto ever! Served with four perfectly sauteed Diver Scallops that melt in your mouth. Caramel Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert topped off the meal. This place is a jewel in Cooperstown.
My waitress was rude. Food was decent. Last time I tried the place... waitress was rude. Food was decent. I give up.
