Why eat local? Well, today Roots made me a chicken sandwich that has been off the menu for over a year. Now granted, it was an off time (not crowded) but having a chef go out of their way to make something special for me was amazing. The sandwich like everything else on the menu was delicious but the service is truly the star of the show. You guys rock! Shop local!
