We have been very pleased with Roots. Nursing staff is great and owners are fantastic. They are always only one phone call away. They personally answer their phones and keep their promises. Great company
Great company! Very caring and compassionate employees.
We placed my dad under Roots Home Healthcare in early 2023. He required 24 hour care 7 days a week. My family became his primary caregivers alternating different times to care for him. When we signed him on, everybody at Roots was great and attentive. When we needed advice, somebody was always there to guide us. My dad passed on May 28, 2024. We didnt hear from anybody in the company, no condolences at all. We were basically ghosted. My dad’s union based in Phoenix didn’t have contact with him in 20 years and they sent flowe... read more
