These guys are great. I have called Rooter Town many times and they are simply the best. I have and will continue to use them and recommend them to all of my friends and family.
STAY AWAY. They are wildly dishonest and overpriced, and commission-based. I was told I had extensive root damage to my pipes and that 100ft of pipe had to be re-lined or replaced, for $17,000. I was in tears. Hudson Bell looked me in the eye and told me that I had extensive damage that extended under my garage and near electrical, extending towards the house, etc etc. He said he had never seen anything like it, and this was an unusually complex job. I called them because I needed a plumber to fix a leak in my kitchen. They had James out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem, it was my garbage disposal that had rusted out, he had one on his truck and had it installed very quickly. My wife had him look at the faucet also and he fixed it at no charge. Great customer service in a world where customer service has taken a back seat to making money. I am 76 and will let everyone of my friends know to use Rooter Town, they are the best. Clarence D.
This is a duplicate of my review, I just need to let everyone know how great this company is: First off let me tell you as a single mother, when the sewer is all over the floor you tend to lose your mind!!!!!! I am sooooo glad I found Rooter Town, they answered the phone and scheduled my appt. the same day. Joseph arrived at the appointed time and had the sewer draining and even helped me clean up the mess. I can't say enough about this company. Thank you.
Great experience from the time Kristen answered the phone to the time when Karl fixed my sewer so I can run the water. Great job Rooter Town. Keep up the good work. I will tell all my friends and family about the great service and prices.

This is a duplicate of my google review- feel the need to let others know about how bad this company is. Truly the worst . This is the first review I've ever written of a company, I feel compelled to tell other potential customers. Sloppy, unprofessional, and did not complete the job. We needed a quick pipe fix where a screw was drilled in hot water line to kitchen sink / dishwasher. Rooter Town fixed hot water line but in doing so turned off sink and would not turn back on.
