ROOTER TOWN TO THE RESCUE!!! We had a wonderful experience calling Rooter Town for help over the weekend. Turns out our mainline had clogged up so we called and scheduled an appointment. Couldn’t believe it but they got us on for the same day in the late morning. A nice woman called my husband and she gave us an exact eta for our plumber and yeah he was right on time. These folks are nothing more than a bunch of dishonest pieces of crap. Be warned and stay away. I paid them for a cleaning, elbow repair, and requested the lines be scoped afterwards as I wanted to ensure there were no additional issues. The “supervisor” Karl who performed the scope tried to sell me on a 12k repair as he stated there was a 1.25” sag in the line 10’ before the tap, causing some water buildup. This company is amazing. Had a stubborn clog in my main drain that I just couldn't get myself.. Called Up Rooter Town and they sent someone right away which is really quite amazing these days. Cleared up my main in a few minutes for their advertised $95! Fantastic job and I'll be recommending them to my neighbors!
WARNING SCAM about RooterTown (also read all 1 star reviews those customers had the same issues) - I called them for emergency service to unclog my main sewer line, due to a backup in my floor drain. They sent an employee out to snake it and he managed to get a rootball out. He did not attempt or go back in a second time to confirm and just left. Very great service and pricing. We called Monday morning and had them out within 2 hours. Our disposal was stopped up and we couldn't drain the kitchen sink. They had it fixed within 15 minutes. Thanks Guys, James
Great Service and Prices. Had a clog on my toilet and they took care of it very quickly and effectively. Only $95.00 to boot.
Great job guys. Bruce and Brandin came out and helped us out with a clog in our stubborn old toilet. They were very knowledgeable and had everything with them to take care of the issue. We will definitely replace the old toilet soon and we will have them do it.
