Malicious Bad-Faith Charlatans Duped Disabled Veteran. Contacted company 9/30/22 to clean sewer line, they sent Nick. He began to snake the line and shortly after said he found some roots, which he aggressively demanded to show me. He then began a dramatic tirade regarding the immediate need for a "Camera Inspection" and quoted $350.00. I would leave NO stars if possible. I called this morning at 7:15am and spoke to a dispatcher (female), explained that we had a leak in our ceiling coming from 1 of 2 bathrooms above it. Provided her with my address and she set up a service time of between 2 and 4pm today. Received a call at 3:10 from another dispatcher (male) stating my information just came across his desk and they do not service my area. This is an awful company. Not only did they overcharge for my sewer line replacement but they broke and never fixed my toilet in the process. Their communication was terrible! It was like no one in that entire company talked to one another. All they cared about was getting paid; not whether or not they finished the job or I was satisfied. There are lots of other plumbing companies out there ... word to the wise - don't go with this one!

If you are in an emergency situation and Rooter Town is the only company that you can find to help you out, then bend over and accept their high pressure tactics and give them your credit card number! This was the experience that I had. It was the weekend before x-mas and my tenants had a sewer back up and I was out of town. All of the various people that dealt with at the company were fast talking and made me feel like I had to agree to the work instantly. This company should NOT have 4 plus stars. I would give 0 if I could based on the horror's that have happened to my household this week. Where to start. Saturday night 11/2 my husband and I notice all of the sinks in the house backing up, the toilet was filling (& emptying) weird and the water would barely drain out of our bathtub during showers. Worst plumbers in country,lied to us,ripped us off,caused thousands of dollars damage,went back on deal we had in writing,threatened my dad over phone to withhold check for damage unless he lied to the Better business bureau and told them all was resolved.total ripp, backstabbing, criminally run company,do yourself and your family a favor.dont call rooter town,don't recommend rooter town.they are a total scam company
