I've been a loyal Rooter-Man customer for years, but after today's experience, I won't be calling them again. The call center seems to be playing games—one minute they say a technician is on the way, and the next, if you miss a call or don't respond fast enough, they reroute or cancel your service without warning. Your phone person was very rude. She did not look up an invoice from 2017 (repair) to assist me in identifying the size & date of water heater since my copy was faded. She had no conern that I needed a plumber, a new water heater and a repipe job. This company apparently has enough business and they didn't want mine. Perhaps they may only work with customers who don't have questions; however, I don't spend $$ with people who are unwilling to assist in the emergency of ankle deep water. 5 star service! I always call Rooter-man for any issues I have, my most recent being my garbage disposal smoking 😱😱😱 They were fast to get to my house and were great at installing and making sure the new one I really needed was working! All at an affordable price! I wouldn’t expect anything less they are just the best!!! Thank you a million! I’ve previously used them for my leaking bathroom sink and toilet when I bought my house and again when my water softener started leaking!
Customer service girl answering the phones is rude/unprofessional.
They did a fantastic job I will highly recommend them and use them again in the future
