This place is ok. I arrived 10 minutes early of my appointment. The lady was 20 minutes late to the actual appointment. The hair dresser forgot half of my face during the beard trim, and realized it at the end of the event. I had to remind the stylist many times of what I paid for... I won't be going back as there are many more options in cincy where they treat like you matter as a client at this price point. Also I had to fix the beard trim at home because hairs were missed..
