John is awesome! He is a master at his trade. We had listed our home in the spring with another agent and it did not sell. We listed it with Roost Real Estate in January and had a contract by the end of the month! I contribute the success to the excellent advice on staging and the great photo/video of our home. ROOST Real Estate and agent Andrew Morgan were wonderful to work with. Andrew arrived for our first visit prepared with compatibles, estimated value of the property I wanted to sell and market assessment. They marketed in advance with Coming Soon advertisement and called throughout the process to see if I had questions. The property sold within 48 hours. I highly recommend ROOST!
