Had our realtor cancel on us 15 minutes before the viewing of the house we really want. After a week of waiting to see it, we show up and there's no realtor. SECOND time we've been canceled on by her. I wouldn't suggest working with them if you want anything done at all.
They just don't stop at helping you buy or sell your home, they deliver pies to you at Thanksgiving, have family events and offer contests to win prizes even after 2 years
